The  Vegas Wood Platform Custom Bed with Drawers is designed with a  platform base with a long drawer on each side of the base.  The wider timber headboard feature with a floating look and two drawers bedside attached to the headboard. it is for those who are seeking a stylish night's sleep plus storage options. Made from either Pine or Tasmanian Oak sourced from Australian plantation timbers, the Vegas exudes sophistication with its smart timber design and rising platform base. Built into the Vegas bed frame on the headboard area are two beside units with drawer and shelving space, plus storage shelves above to display books or treasured photos. This design also makes for a sleek streamlined visual effect using the bed frame and headboard as a feature piece. There's a  10 cm platform wood around the side rails and footboard.  The mattress will rest 2 cm inside the base helping to secure your mattress for safer sleep and adding to the strength and durable design of this bed sitting on a strong timber base. Internal drawers - dimensions:

• Double, Queen, King, and supper king: One large drawer on each side: 141 Wx 55D 21H cm 

• Single & king single: One large drawer  on the Right or left-hand side of choice, measuring 141Wx 55D x 21H cm 

• Single and Double sizes: when made with mattress sit flush the drawers will be 126Wx 55D x 21H cm.

• Our custom-made timber beds are made right here in Sydney, Australia, from sustainable plantations.
• Select from our premium wood - Victoria Ash Oak or American Oak, both are Australian hardwoods sourced from Victoria. You can also stick with New Zealand Pine, our standard timber, a great budget -yet a custom- option. 
• Our bed frames are made from solid timber with your choice of Victoria Ash Oak, American Oak or New Zealand Pine for all edges/borders, legs, side rails, and small footboards.
• Large headboards and large foot-ends are made with veneer panels or a mixture of solid timber and veneer.
• Slats are solid pine measuring 9cm x 3.5cm.
• Single, King Single and Double do not need central support; but can be ordered if you require heavy-duty support.
• Queen size has a centre support underneath the slats.
• King and Superking have centre support underneath the slats as well as two legs touching the floor.
